Developed with customer input in mind, the modules use logic-driven rules that work seamlessly within Expedience’s Microsoft® Word-based templates.
Two of the new tools support better integration with Microsoft® Excel, the most commonly used tool by proposal teams to generate pricing and configuration content:
- Excel AutoPaste automates the process of importing Excel data such as text fields, tables and charts into a proposal, providing greater control over appearance in addition to being more reliable than standard Excel linking.
- Finishing Steps automates essential processes to complete and finalize a proposal such as scanning the document for completion, verifying the document is free of errors or sensitive data and enforcing standard workflow and file-naming conventions.
- PowerPoint Integration allows RFP writers to quickly map a completed proposal to a matching PowerPoint presentation, using simple checkboxes that map to slides.
